Eva Memran, Tax Director of Accor

 

She holds a Postgraduate degree and a Masters in Corporate Tax Law and a Corporate Jurist Diploma. Eva Memran began her career with Accor in 1998. She became Assistant Tax Director in January 2007 and Group Tax Director in July 2010.

 

Eva Memran was named Chairwoman of A3F during the General Assembly of 27 January 2012.

Marie Eve Chauviere, partner in Moisand, Boutin & Associés

 

She holds a Pre-Doctorate Diploma in Business Law and a LLM in International Business Law.

 

Marie-Eve Chauviere began her career with Price Waterhouse (now Landwell) in November 1991, where in particular she worked with the partners of the future law firm of Moisand, Boutin & Partners.

 

She joined Moisand, Boutin & Partners in September 2000.

 

Marie- Eve Chauvière was appointed Vice-President of A3F during the Board meeting of 8 February 2012.

Christel Alberti, Partner in Scemla Loizon Veverka & de Fontmichel

 

Partner at Scemla Loizon Veverka & de Fontmichel since September 2012, Christel Alberti specialises in tax law. Her expertise covers mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, group restructurings, and management packages’ structuration.

 

Christel began her career in 2002 at Andersen Legal, then E&Y Law and later joined White & Case in 2005.

 

She holds a Post-graduate degree (DJCE/DESS) in Business Law and Tax from the University of Cergy-Pontoise and a LLB in Business Law from University Paris Pantheon Sorbonne. Christel also graduated from ESSCA Business School.

 

Christel serves on the Board of the Association acting as Secretary.

Jeanne Cormy Aubry, Country Tax Manager in GDF SUEZ

 

Jeanne Cormy Aubry holds a Post-graduate degree (DESS) in Business Taxation from the Paris-Dauphine University and became an attorney after she was sworn in at the Versailles Court of Appeal in 1992. She started her carrier in 1990 in E&Y Law, and joined Worms Bank in 1996. Then, she joined Gaz de France in 2004 (GDF SUEZ since 2008).

 

Jeanne-Cormy Aubry entered the A3F in 2005 as a founding member in charge of the membership administration.

Odile Courjon, Partner in TAJ

 

Odile Courjon holds a LLM in American Taxation from Boston University (1986), a thesis in tax law from the Paris XII University (in 1988), and is graduated from a Post-graduate degree in International taxation (DESS) and a Bachelor of Arts in English. She was a partner in Deloitte & Touche (now Taj) from 1994 to 2004, and she created a working party on indirect taxation (VAT and Customs) in 1994.

 

Attorney at the Nanterre Bar, she is a member of the French International Trade Facilitation and Simplification Body, and also a member of the Collin de Sussy Association and the VAT Forum.

 

Odile Courjon teaches at Rouen University and the Panthéon (Paris I) University, and is the author of several French and international publications, notably in LexisNexis, les Echos, Option Finance, Tax Notes International, Échanges – DFCG.

 

Odile Courjon was appointed to the Board of Directors on 8 February 2012.

 

 

Catherine Dombrowski, Editor, LexisNexis SA

 

Catherine Dombrowski holds a Post-graduate degree (DESS) in financial and tax management, and collaborated to the LexisNexis Tax Law Journal (Revue de droit fiscal). She was the Editor-in-chief of the Notary Tax Journal (Revue fiscale notariale) from 2005 to 2012. In 2009, she was appointed Editor of the Property Engineering JurisClasseur (Jurisclasseur Ingénierie du patrimoine) and deputy Editor-in-chief for the Acts practices and Property strategy Journal (Revue Actes pratiques et stratégie patrimoniale).

 

She became the Head of the editorial staff of the Corporate – Bank – Stock market ( Société – Banque – Bourse) Journal, and Editor-in-chief of the Acts practices and corporate engineering Journal (Revue Actes pratiques et stratégie sociétaire)  in April 2012.

 

Catherine Dombrowski is also involved in the “Communication and Events” Commission of the A3F.

Marie-José Lefebvre, Legal Director of the Corporate Law, Tax and Mergers and Acquisition Unit at Lagardère

 

Marie-José Lefebvre holds a Post-graduate degree (DESS) in Applied Taxation from the Paris V René Descartes University. She started her career as a tax attorney in the Arthur Andersen International Law firm in 1997, before she joined the media group Hachette Filipacchi Médias, branch of the Lagardère group, as Tax Director. She is now the Legal Director of the Corporate Law, Tax and Mergers and Acquisition Unit (France and International).

 

Marie-José Lefebvre was appointed to the Board of Directors of the A3F on 8 February 2012.

 

 

Nadia Sabin, Attorney in the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre Law firm

 

Nadia Sabin is an attorney and initially graduated from a Business School. She is specialized in transfer pricing and benchmarking. After seven years in the International Direction of the Fidal Law firm, since 2007 she co-facilitates the Economist Team within the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre Law firm.

 

She is also a member of the 21st Century Club (Club XXIe siècle) and was an auditor of the Cycle of Postgraduate Studies for Economic Development (Cycle des Hautes Etudes pour le Développement Economique) in 2011.

 

Nadia Sabin was appointed to the Board of Directors of the A3F on 8 February 2012.

 

 

Clarisse Sand, Partner in Marignan

 

Clarisse Sand is a partner in MARIGNAN Lawyers. Before she joined MARIGNAN Lawyers, she practiced for several years as a tax attorney in TAJ, Hughes Hubbard & Reed and Lexidia law firms. 

 

Clarisse SAND was appointed to the Board of Directors of the A3F on 8 February 2012.

 

 

Nathalie Sénéchault, Tax and Mergers and Acquisition Director of Alstom

 

Nathalie Sénéchault holds a Post-graduate degree (DESS) in Business Law and Tax from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and a Masters in Economic Sciences from the Paris I University. She practiced as a Tax attorney within the law firms of Clifford Chance and then Jones Day for more than 12 years, before she joined Alstom group as the Tax and Mergers and Acquisition Director.
